Returns and Refunds

Contact wolfpackminers@protonmail.com before returning any product. Include the order reference, issue, photographs where relevant, and the requested resolution.

Faults or damage

Report visible shipping damage promptly and retain packaging. Faults are assessed against the supplied product, manufacturer information, usage, power, cooling, firmware, and any signs of modification.

Return authorization

Do not send a product without written return instructions. The correct return destination may be a supplier or service location and can differ from the operator’s contact location.

Cryptocurrency refunds

Approved refunds are calculated from the order amount and applicable legal rights, not later cryptocurrency price movements. Network fees, return shipping, customs charges, and deductions are handled according to the circumstances and applicable law.
