Shipping

We work with multiple global suppliers. Stock and destination availability are checked before an order is accepted.

Timing

Allow approximately 7-10 days for shipping after payment and order confirmation. This is an estimate, not a guarantee; customs, carrier delays, destination restrictions, and remote locations can extend delivery.

Tracking

Tracking is supplied after payment is verified on-chain, the order is accepted, and the dispatching supplier or carrier provides a tracking reference.

Customs and tax

The customer is responsible for import duties, local taxes, brokerage, permits, and destination restrictions unless confirmed otherwise in writing.

Address accuracy

Customers must provide a complete and accurate recipient name, address, region, postcode, and country. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
